Sandie Cottee

Sandie Cottee will also be joining us in March at the Artbookart Show. She tells us she loves making books and journals and  is constantly thinking up new ideas and designs.  She  loves taking photos and many of her books tell stories and hold special memories.  When she realised she was giving most of them away as gifts she started to make some for herself and now has a large collection.  

Sandie has an eclectic style and most of her books are one of a kind.  She uses a wide range of materials including upcycled, new, and handmade and she gets excited about new ideas.  She has run classes at workshops and is planning to do this as an e-course.  At a recent retreat Sandie was asked if she sold her books and received 6 commissions.  She realised that others liked her work and Sandie has since sold more in a gallery.
